Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the "Shopping Cart". After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You may pay by credit card (we accept Visa or Mastercard) or purchase order number. If you wish to pay by money order your order will not be shipped until payment is received.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping is based on the weight of the item. You will be presented with shipping costs at the checkout section of the Shopping Cart. We ship using a carrier that offers methods to accurately track the packages and will require a signature upon arrival. Multiple items ordered will cost less per unit to ship as figured by our ordering program. Please review shipping charges when finalizing order. In most cases, we ship your selected products within 2 business days. If for some reason the product is not in stock but is expected very soon, we will contact you and let you know the estimated ship date.
Back Orders
We do not back order our products.
Tax Charges
For orders made from within Texas, we must collect 8.25% sales tax. All other orders are tax free and will not show a charge for Texas Sales Tax.

Returns Policy
Chemical and raw material product purchases are not refundable. Any item damaged in shipping should be filed with UPS claims department. Any item defective due to manufacture will be replaced once the original item is returned for inspection. A copy of the original invoice/receipt must be included on all items returned for manufacture warranty.
